Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Unser Kinderzimmer befindet sich direkt über der Ferienwohnung. Wir geben unser bestes, dennoch können entsprechende Geräusche zu hören sein.

All famous sights, such as Wartburg (Unesco World Heritage Site), Bach and Luther House, City Palace, Fraternity Monument, Dragon Gorge and the Automobile Museum are within walking distance. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangerie and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum, everything can be reached in a few minutes. It has a separate entrance just for our guests. Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking is available free of charge on the street. By car, you'll be in the city center in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.
