Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

Auf 55 qm gibt es genügend Platz für romantische Zweisamkeit, aber auch Kinder sind willkommen, denn sie können sich "in die kleine Höhle" unterm Dachspitz zurückziehen. 🐕 HUNDEPARADIES 🐕 ♡ Es erwartet euch ein komplett eingezäuntes Domizil auf ~2000 qm ♡ Von der Terrasse aus blicken Sie in die Natur und können die Geräusche des Teiches und das Plätschern des Wildbaches genießen.

A whirlpool and sauna are available🧖🏽‍♀️ for your personal wellness break (each €50/day, use until 10:00 pm in accordance with legal rest periods). 🔥Fancy a cozy BBQ? Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the mill pond in Heldritt. A 3-meter-wide panoramic window gives you unforgettable insights into the animal life at the pond. Via a 30 m³ outdoor terrace with sun loungers and seating, you can get outdoors and enjoy a walk around the pond on over 5,000 square meters. Relaxation & pure nature on a historic farm

Escape alone, for couples or cozy gatherings with friends - our adults only former farm estate in a secluded location offers the perfect setting. The "fisherman's cottage" is located directly on the waterfront and the sunbathing area. You are surrounded by nature and animals - countless wild birds (some of them nest in the beams, we even have turret falcons), ducks, chickens, geese, peacocks... dogs, cats and horses are also among the residents.

Welcome to our new apartment. It will impress you with its modern and stylish, as well as spacious and well-equipped and comfortable furnishings. We have made every effort to offer you the best possible comfort. The apartment is very quiet with many walking opportunities with some playgrounds for the little guests. You can also walk quickly to the city center as well as take the city bus that stops right at the house.

After a walk through the beautiful nature, a comfortable couch invites you to relax and watch TV and recharge at night in the cozy wide double bed.
