The accommodation is perfect for couples, single travellers or families with children, as the second sleeping option is a pull-out sofa in the living room. The new building was acquired by us in May 2016. The 46 square meter apartment on the ground floor of the house is quiet but also central to many places of interest in the region. Wine cultivation with the typical broom economies, as well as many winemakers with tasting rooms can be reached quickly by bike or car.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
