Holiday house Adele is located in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, 400m walking distance from the Ahr and 800m away from the historic old town of Ahrweiler. There are numerous cafes and restaurants. Guests can enjoy and enjoyment. The detached cottage with garden and terrace has a kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a basement room. The living space of a total of around 90 sqm sleeps 4 people in total.

The property was completed in 2018 and includes a total of 3 apartments and a penthouse. The penthouse has a size of about 100 square meters and is handed over to our guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. In the parking deck there are the paid, closed and covered parking spaces for your car (€10 per day/night). A tourist tax is charged per guest and night by the city of Bad Neuenahr. This is payable upon arrival.

Our holiday home "Tante Sanni" is centrally located in the center of Heimersheim, a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Shops for everyday needs are very close. The city center of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is about 4 km away. Red wine hiking trail, other hiking trails and leisure activities are easily accessible by bike, public transport or car. Bonn, Koblenz and Eltz Castle can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Haus des Kindes (House of the Child) Ahrweiler

Our apartment in the Haus des Kindes Ahrweiler is located in a beautiful old listed building right in the old town of Ahrweiler on the market square. We have been running the children's shop on the first floor of the house for over 100 years. After the flood completely destroyed the first floor, I took the opportunity to prepare the apartments above it and rent them out as a vacation rental. I hope you like it.
