Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Ausserdem hast du deine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick in den Garten. 1-2 Erw., 1 Kind plus evtl. 1 Kleinkind.

As sleeping options you will find a double bed (160x200) and a sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (160x200). Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. In the fitted kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Forest house apartment

Up to four guests can find peace and quiet in the Waldheim. Next to a bedroom "the blue room" there is a large bright bathroom. The apartment upstairs offers a living room with a view and glass front to the forest side, so the room can be extended directly to the outside. For a coffee in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening, it is best to visit the adjacent roof terrace and enjoy the birdsong or the starry sky.
