The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Das Haus Tom verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer die liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
