Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem großzügigen Erdgeschoss mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC und Wohnzimmern - ein Doppelbett und eine komfortable Schlafcouch bieten Ruhe und Komfort. Im 2. OG sind weitere Schlafzimmer samt Bad und WC - das EG kann separat gemietet werden, das OG nur als Einheit mit dem EG.

Stairlift available, but the front door has two steps without a ramp.

We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in the Weserbergland. The apartment is open plan and covers about 45 square meters with stylish furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. To the left of the bathroom is a small walk-in closet for your utensils. In about 400 m, you can already reach the R99 bike path on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. Or maybe historic? The Trendelburg or the local museum offers a lot of information and impressions.

Amelunxen is in the Weser Uplands. The bike path R99 on the Weser is 2,5 km away. There is a small grocery store and a bakery in the village.
