Holiday rentals with a patio in Bad Karlshafen

Konstanse was an absolute joy to meet and her little apartment was perfect for everything I needed. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, it had access to a lovely balcony, and was in a part of town that was really nice and had great access to transport to the city. Next time I am in the area I will definately try to stay at her home again.

Beautifully furnished old apartment with many loving details. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green garden – perfect for relaxing.

This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. Highly recommended! Spacious, well-equipped apartment, we didn't miss anything. Top location! Very quiet but only a few minutes by car from the city center. Hripsime was always easy to reach, easy check-in and check-out. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Jenny's place for a night. The apartment looks like the pictures. Quiet, beautifully located and has a very modern bathroom. Since we arrived very late, we were even allowed to serve a little later - thanks for the great stay, Jenny.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

We stayed with a family and it was beautiful and we could go see the horses and relax in the terrace and our visitor Paul 🐈‍⬛ was sooo cute! We came for a tournament but are looking to plan a real family holiday. It’s so beautiful and Sabine is so super friendly and helpful!

Quickly responded, flexible check-in, very clean apartment, parking right in front of the entrance, footpath on the river behind the house, large Rewe opposite, received two eggs from the host's own chickens as a gift - everything is great!

We were already guests at Tasja's last year and were happy to come back. This time the stay was even more pleasant – especially the significantly improved cleanliness surprised us positively. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Tasja is a friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to questions or requests. House was beautiful and private - were warmly welcomed with homemade jam. The property is perfect for visiting Vellmar and Kassel. The bathroom was new and sparkling clean and soft towels were also available. The house has been decorated with fresh tulips from their own garden. Kitchen was super equipped (unfortunately we did not find any cutting boards). The wifi was a bit sporadic but everything was great :)

There were three of us in the cute house and there was plenty of room. Perfect location right by the forest in the immediate vicinity of the Externsteine and a lot of beautiful hiking trails through the Teutoburg Forest. Unreservedly recommended.

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely on the river, and behind the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was available. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth it. A nice spicy walk done there. In short, value for the price.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house for 8 and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The facilities are more than extensive and we didn't miss anything. The house with its ambience and tasteful furnishings is truly unique. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

Very cozy house in the middle of the hills and forests between Detmold, Lemgo and Blomberg. Apart from Marcus on the ground floor, you have no neighbors and can do your own thing. The individual rooms are individually and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need, including some opportunities to create a well-maintained noise. I can only recommend it. Dalborn as a pretty little village with a restaurant is within walking distance, the attractions of the area within 15-20 minutes by car.

The house is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a stay. We were three adults and two children (3 & 7). The house was more than sufficient in size. The large garden was also great for the children. We would stay again anytime.

We spend a full week at Heike’s spacious apartment. Fully equiped kitchen, good beds and shower and two balconies. What more do you want?

We had a very good stay at Birgitt’s! We were a family of 2 + 1 year old baby + a dog looking to escape into something quiet and relaxing on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything it needs to make a stay pleasant! The village is very peaceful, green, nice field is nearby to walk the dog. Thank you for the hospitality!

A beautiful place and a quiet street, a nice spacious apartment and also very bright. A friendly host who answered all questions. We liked that there was no TV but there was a pickup with LPs.

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean and there was everything you needed for a short stay. We even got delicious waffles from our hostess at the door.

Everything available. Even if we didn't need much, as only a coffee was necessary for sleeping and before starting the day in the city. The rest was there and in the surrounding area. Easy to reach by car in a quiet location.
