Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. Alle Holzarbeiten wurden von einem Schreinermeister durchgeführt, wodurch die Wohnung einen sehr gemütlich-modernen Charakter bekommen hat. Der Balkon läd ein zum Sonnenbaden und relaxen.
