Das 120 qm große Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch auf einen Bauernhof nahe der Saale. Es verfügt über 2 getrennte Etagen mit jeweils einem Schlaf-und Wohnbereich sowie jeweils einem geräumigen Badezimmer. In der 1. Etage finden Sie Schlafzimmer 1 mit Badezimmer 1 sowie die Sauna die Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Im 2. EG finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und Badezimmer 2 (siehe Fotorundgang). Im EG lädt eine Bauernküche zum Kochen ein. Der Hof kann frei genutzt, eine Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.

In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. Newly renovated apartment with the best connection to the local recreational areas of the Leipzig Neuseen landscape. Due to the close connection (4 km to the A9, 2.5 km to the A38) to the highways, you can reach the center of Leipzig, 19 km away, in about 30 minutes. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach our outdoor pool. 1 km to the east is the Lützen zoo and climbing forest together with the Gustav Adolf II Memorial.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Unser gemütliches Campingfass bietet Schlaf-, Sitz- und Eingangsbereich. An kühlen Tagen sorgt ein Pelletofen mit sichtbarem Feuer für wohlige Wärme. Draußen lädt eine Sitzgruppe zum Verweilen ein. Bad und WC nutzt Ihr im Gemeinschaftsbad des Gästehauses oder optional im VIP-Bad. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Grill sowie ein sicherer Fahrradraum stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
