On about 40 m² there is a well-equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle), a bathroom with shower, a living room and bedroom with TV, couch set and small dining table, a double bed (1.60m x 2m), a car parking space directly in front of the house.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The biggest attraction is just 600 meters away, the unique steam locomotive Molli, which runs to Kühlungsborn, 6 km away. The popular town of Warnemünde with its famous lighthouse is also only 18 km away and invites you to explore.
