2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in a quiet, semi-elevated location in Stuttgart-Nord! It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

An apartment to feel good! :-) It is located in the east of Cannstatter, the Daimler Museum and the Porsche Arena. Location is extraordinarily quiet, nestled in magnificent nature and yet very central. You can reach Stuttgart city center in max. 5 min. by car or bus/train. Parking is available in front of the house, the nearest train is just a few minutes' walk from the property. The Wasen is also within walking distance.
