The swimming areas of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are accessible by bike. 8 km away is the Spargelhof Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife enclosure. Worthwhile excursion destinations include the artists' village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havelseen by boat.

For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or anyone looking for a small but nice place to stay. The apartment is in the center of downtown. The apartment is on the top floor and therefore offers a good view of the castle tower. Opposite is a small ice cream parlor and various restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The train station is about 10-minute walk and the bus station about a 5-minute walk.
