The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated parking garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good, worth recommending

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town by the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on holidays. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

Clean apartment at a very good location

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

The stay with Katharina was fine. Very neat. Great instructions. The enclosed garden was very nice so our dog could go outside freely.

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from the station. The staff that welcomed us was very kind. The room is very spacious and has everything you need to occupy during your stay. No problems with the internet in the room.

Even after booking, the contact with Florian was very courteous and friendly. The check-in was very straightforward via his father, who lives on the ground floor of the house. The father always tried to spoil the dog and provide us with excursion destinations and tips. 😊 The condo is well appointed and was clean. Its location is very suitable for various excursions. Only the main road, which runs under the bedroom, was a little disturbing in the evening/early morning. - At night, however, no car drives there, because the apartment is very idyllic. In 🙃 addition, the view of green meadows with many sheep and cows quickly makes up for it!

We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent accommodation, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. Lovingly renovated old farmhouse, which was tastefully decorated. You immediately feel comfortable. We lit the fireplace every day and enjoyed sitting in front of the crackling fire. Every day there was new firewood for us outside the door 🫶 As an old house, it is of course a bit noisy and it creaks here and there, or a door can no longer be closed well, but that is part of the charm of this house. The steep stairs to the first floor is not only for us bipeds to enjoy with caution! Our dog took them down in a flat flight… thank God without injuries. We enjoyed the house, the tranquility, the nature, the relaxation very much. Here you come down and are in a beautiful environment and another world. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the holiday, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it an excellent place to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee and the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills as far as Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.
