Holiday rentals with a patio in Bad Aibling

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was particularly perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Wow, Unfortunately, we were only on site for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the green, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. I'd be happy to come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice time at Hartmut's on the Simsee. We liked the apartment very much right away: especially the great wooden floor in the living room and the history of the house. Our son loved to explore every room. The balcony invites you to linger at any time of day and in any weather. The area is perfect for swimming, hiking and enjoying. Communication with Hartmut was easy and fast; just like the check-in. We would come back at any time for a relaxing break.

The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every cent - a feel-good oasis for large groups too! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constant between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile cot, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated parking garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good, worth recommending

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town by the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. Absolutely suitable for our needs - absolute recommendation 👌🏼

We only had a short stay at Dagmar's and felt very comfortable. The area is a dream, especially when the weather is good. Everything worked out great, the amenities and location are great. We will be happy to come back.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic – nature begins right on the doorstep, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We were four plus baby on the road and had plenty of space - both inside and outside. Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
