The historic half-timbered house from 1867 is located near the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in the beautiful Hunsrück town of Buch. It has been stylishly renovated and furnished according to our ideas of vacation and recreation. During the renovation, emphasis was placed on traditional craftsmanship and the use of contemporary materials from around the turn of the century. Modern accents and also original inventory from around 1900, lovingly refurbished and prepared for you. Enjoy your vacation!

Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, climbing, exploring the suspension rope bridge or visiting natural and adventure pools.

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
