The apartment is located in a quiet location and invites you to take a walk in the beautiful Odenwald area. The center of Groß-Umstadt is about 5.5 km away. The train station is in the neighboring town, about (1.5 km) away.

After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books.
