Ce cocon est situé à 5 mn en voiture du port de La Rochelle et de la gare. A Vélo c’est 10 mn et à pieds 20mn ! Les plages des minimes et Aytré sont à 5 mn à vélo . Location de vélos possible à proximité. Commerces et bus sont proches. Votre petite maison fait environ 50m2 en rez de jardin, agréable, entièrement rénovée et toute équipée. Le jardin clos et privatif est équipé pour dej et se reposer. Le soir, il peut être éclairé. Le parking dans la rue est gratuit. C’est calme, sur et paisible !
