I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

Very beautiful tourist area. La Rochelle is a pretty and very lively city both during the day and in the evening. Lots of attractions and many restaurants along the harbor. Super nice and functional accommodation for a couple in a private residence with their parking space. Great location, you can do anything on foot. Yann and Noémie are very charming hosts and at your disposal. I would highly recommend it.

Gwenaëlle's accommodation is really great! Pleasant, clean and quiet! The front terrace is a plus! Practical side: the bus stop 2 minutes away that takes you directly to La Rochelle in about twenty minutes! Fast and no need to bother with the car! Gwenaëlle is present and very friendly! We'll be happy to go back

We had a great time. Everything was as described, the beach 10 minutes' walk away and public transport nearby. In addition, the host was very responsive with answers in less than 10 minutes to our practical questions. I highly recommend it, we will come back to Aytré!

A perfect apartment for two persons for a short visit. A good 30 mins walk into town (for us old people!), but regular bus service just round the corner. Pedro was particularly helpful in sorting out one or two initial problems for us. The location on the outer rim is good for access to the ring road. Highly recommended.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town centre, and you can walk to the harbour in a few minutes. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. We felt completely comfortable and fell a little in love with the Ile de Ré. The accommodation is very pretty and furnished with an eye for design and attention to detail. Kitchen has everything you need and you can make good use of the small garden. Bed very comfortable, everything super clean. Location is great, right on the beach and opposite a beach bar. Yes, the traffic is sometimes loud during the day, but the windows close well and that's just the price (in my opinion, acceptable) for the location directly on the water. The village centre of Rivedoux Page and supermarkets can be easily reached on foot. We rented bicycles (on Julie's tip), which is great, especially for longer stays. For example, St. Martin de Ré is quick to reach by bike and worth a trip. Julie always responded very quickly to questions.

We were greeted by Stéphanie, who was really kind and flexible with us. When we arrived, we were able to put our car directly in the underground car park, it's a real plus! No need to worry about our car during the entire stay. The accommodation is faithful to the description, super nice and really very well equipped. There's nothing missing! We were able to enjoy the garden furniture on the terrace and it was so nice. Almost no neighbours, quiet. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The proximity to the Carrefour City just next door is great. We were able to go as far as the port of Minimes on foot (40 min) along the coast, it was very nice! We had a great time at this apartment!

Beautiful accommodation, very nice and well thought out! The balcony is great, both for breakfast and for the end of the afternoon! Very well located, you can quickly get to La Rochelle by train with the train station 5 mins' walk away. Access to the beach and tasting hut right next door! The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with jacuzzi at the Top. Parking with 2 spaces and an electric charging station is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it very easy to settle in. In short, it's a very good accommodation that smells new and clean. Very good stay!

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I would recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .
