Holiday rentals with a patio in Aytré

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Very good welcome despite our delay, service up to our expectations

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

Small studio in the heart of La Rochelle, very nice and well maintained, the small garden is also very nice. A tiny downside is the shower door that doesn't stay open, making it tricky to shower the little ones, but it's just a small detail. Super stay 👌

Very good stay in La Rochelle with friends. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to all the bars/restaurants to do and has all the necessary comforts. Large + with the sunny terrace. Melanie is very responsive and favours human contact, which is rare. It's a flawless

We had a great relaxing stay at Sandra's, the accommodation is very nice, clean, superbly decorated and nothing is missing. The bedding is comfortable. Sandra is very welcoming . We will surely return. Thank you for this weekend

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for dining or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage where cars and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very much appreciated welcome gift We will put our suitcases down with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is very well located on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. I rented the accommodation on 29 May 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I would gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
