Located in Aytré-plage, 3 km from the Port des Minimes de la Rochelle, and 400 m from shops, very bright house of 95 m2, functional with a charming fully equipped kitchen, a dining room living room. Outside, a large terrace of 60 m2 facing south on a flower garden, enclosed by walls and very quiet. A henhouse at the bottom of the garden where 3 beautiful hens will offer you their fresh eggs every day for a few seeds.

Seaside getaway: quiet air-conditioned house

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.
