Holiday rentals with a patio in Aylsham

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Lovely apartment furnished with everything you could need. Perfect location with only a few minutes walk to local shops and the seafront. Lisa was a brilliant host, great communication leading up to our stay and sent clear instructions for entering the apartment well before our check in date. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Greenacre lodge. Ness was a wonderful host, very generous and thoughtful and on hand whenever we needed anything. We had a smashing time and will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s cottage. Everything was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The cottage and the setting are idyllic; peaceful with a beautiful view from the garden, but also close to lots of picture perfect towns and villages and stunning countryside. Woodcutters cottage was a wonderful place to stay . Great location for exploring Norfolks beaches , towns and Norwich city . The cottage was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine, which was well equipped. It was a lovely place to relax after a day out and about with very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back . Thank you ☺️

Our second visit, and the barn and surroundings were beautiful in spring! Particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the meadow at the back with a drink. Thanks Hannah for a great stay

absolutely beautiful place, it was spot on for what we required, bright, airy and very clean, Janet had ready for our arrival fresh bread, milk, eggs and some cookies, plus a lovely bottle of wine. Janet was a first class host very welcoming and friendly. we will definitely use again when in the area.

The location of the house was wonderful, right at the end of a dead end road surrounded by trees made it a lovely peaceful place to stay. The house itself was immaculately clean and tidy and had everything we could possibly want or need. Thank you very much for the stay we had a lovely weekend and home to come back again soon xx

A peaceful and relaxing stay. The location was ideal - close to plenty of nice places to visit, yet still quiet and private enough, with only the sounds of nature around. It was beautiful. Kate was a warm and welcoming host! We enjoyed breakfast outside on the charming patio, with the French doors opening into our private garden. Evenings were spent by the cozy fire, and we loved the fresh eggs from a nearby farm. (Also, the sourdough & homemade jam were a real treat!) We really appreciated the guide booklet, which included local recommendations and information about our stay. It made things very easy for us. Kate’s thoughtful touches throughout made a big difference, we had everything we needed - her extra effort didn’t go unnoticed. We left feeling genuinely rested and refreshed. I’d gladly return in a heartbeat. Thank you once again.

Sea Renity is a fabulous apartment,we really enjoyed our stay. The flat is spacious,beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, being just a few minutes walk to the sea front,town and all amenities.We definitely plan to return, Anne

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!
