The place is in a quiet neighborhood. Divya is a great host, very friendly and caring. Though she resides somewhere else, she made sure that we were taken care of very well. Only downside is that the toilet is outside the house, which was little inconvenient for us - Senior Citizens, especially to use the facility in the night.

We stayed here for a couple of days and had a truly calm and pleasant experience. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is a beautiful, traditional Kerala heritage house with lots of trees lining the entrance, adding to its charm and peaceful vibe. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. The host can arrange delicious local meals on request, which are delivered right to the doorstep — a very convenient touch. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing unmanageable. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the authentic charm of Kerala in a serene setting.

If you are looking to escape the hassle of city and spend some time into the wild with lush green tea gardens and surrounded by Kerala landscapes. This shall be a perfect spot. The cottage is warm and cozy, though Wayana was hot but somehow the room was always cool. It is very offbeat so yes would recommend coming through own vehicle. The place is by Jinsi and Sayooj with his family. They are extremely warm and welcoming. Enjoy the Kerala style homely food. Take a walk in the tea estates, or just chill in the garden hammock. Perfect spot for unwinding!

This without a shadow of a doubt, was our best experience at an Airbnb! The home is set by the river side and both balconys have a view of the river. The entire property was beautiful, however the open kitchen area was our favourite spot, so much so that we cancelled all our plans to go out to eat at local restaurants. We just stayed there and ordered in. The host prasanna maam was lovely to talk to. Always available, proactive and extremely helpful in finding us transport when we couldn't find our own. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to kerala.
