Welcome to the heart of a farmhouse renovated by us. You will stay in an outbuilding on our property. Accommodation located a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch Caen or Rennes, barely 1 hour away. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Mont St Michel Countryside

Relax in this little stone house renovated in 2025. Several visits are available to you during your stay (Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Fougères, Saint-James...). The house consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. This is a single-story house. The beds will be ready upon arrival and we provide a baby bed if needed. Bathroom linens are included. There is an outdoor park with garden furniture, barbecue and petanque court.

Apartment in the centre of Avranches – rare private garage

This former workshop with garage in the city center is perfectly located a few meters from restaurants and all amenities, and tourist places around Avranches. Straddling Mont-Saint-Michel and Granville, perfect for discovering the entire bay and its countryside with the comfort of the city center. Very nice atypical loft-style accommodation, fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, the beds being on the same level.

This charming stone cottage has been freshly and fully renovated, with 300 m2 of land. Ideally located, 5 min from Avranches, 20 min from Mont-St-Michel, 3 min from the A84. Sheets are optional at a price of €15 per double bed - €8 for single beds.

Guests can enjoy the 2700 m² wooded garden. Summer: campfires, barbecues. Winter: wood-burning stove. The house is located at the entrance of a small Normandy village of 400 inhabitants. Pets aren't allowed.
