Monthly Rentals in Avon-by-the-Sea

We liked how the place was near the beach and how clean it was upon arrival. Nancy was quick to answer any of our questions. The cottage was charming, and Nancy was friendly to interact with. We would stay there again.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish. Kind, helpful, and respectful. His condo was well taken care of and clean, exactly as he had shown in the ad. honesty, if i could have rented forever, I would. please book with him, you'll get a great place to stay and an amazing host.

Vee and Hyun’s home was a great respite for the long weekend. They were communicative (but not overly so) in making sure our stay went well. Even prior to my arrival they assisted with any questions we had and responded in a timely fashion. The weather was toasty outside and when we arrived the AC was humming along nicely and all was clean and tidy. The house was bigger than I expected as well. Their recommendations of the neighborhood diner, The Buttered Biscuit and the Beach Plum ice cream shop were fantastic and both walkable from the house. Quiet and centrally located. We had a great time and hope to be back.
