Holiday rentals with a patio in Avola

a bright, light appartement. I loved the terrace with early morning sun. the bed was good. on walking distance from the beach club, where they serve fresh food. this was a tip from our host. we went in november, so it was very quiet.

A beautiful apartment with lots of space and great views, tall ceilings and well furnished, great location, and very helpful owner. A lovely stay.

Most comfortable beds we have had in the past 3 weeks travelling. Parking is hit and miss but managed to get o ne close after a few goes. Only one bed made up but Andrea was responsive and directed us to sheets to make it ourselves. Easy to walk down to ortigia without the extra hassle of parking there. All in all a beautifully renovated apartment.

Everything went perfectly, Luana is a great host. Highly recommend!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

This place is a gem. Perfect location in Ragusa Ibla, two minutes off the main square, quiet and roomy. Any amenities you could need or want are close by. Rosa is a lovely host! She and her son met us at check in and made is feel very welcome. Some snacks (fresh fruit) and water were left for us as well. Stay here, if want to feet at home.

Mauro and Gianfranco are great hosts, very flexible and responsive. Their websites gave us excellent tips on what to do in Ragusa, since we didn't have much time. The room is bright and friendly.

We had a great stay at Gestisko.Ortigia. The apartment is spacious, updated, and very clean. The location is excellent for an easy walk into Ortigia and it’s walkable to the Greek Theatre. The host was very communicative throughout and he was responsive when we encountered a maintenance issue; he had the issue fixed quickly. We definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay!

we had very nice days in vinzenso's apartment. It is very spacious and well equipped with a very nice garden that you can use well. You walk only a few hundred meters to the small stretch of beach. There is nothing there except the small beach and the very clean water. It's nice to have a swim there quickly. Otherwise, we preferred to drive to the lido di noto.

We stayed at Armando's for two nights and had a great time. The location is quiet, in the Syracusan countryside, near the beautiful beaches Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella etc. and a few kilometers from the beautiful but confusing Syracuse. The accommodation was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need, small kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a small entrance with table, chairs and umbrella, clothes rack, etc. Armando was very kind and helpful and provided us with great advice. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return to his accommodation.

Quiet and rustic property with several apartments and beautiful pool which, however, was not lit and only accessible until 19:00. Fortunately, the place was air conditioned at the end of August and generally very clean. Arrival is only possible with a car, but there is a free parking space.

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

Green oasis near beach We enjoyed 4 days in Claudio's well-equipped place. A big plus is the large, well-kept garden, which we were allowed to use. Family-friendly beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. In addition, the pretty baroque cities in the hinterland are easily accessible.

Giancarlo is a great host! He offered flexible check in and met us in person to provide local info and history of the house. This property is a truly unique experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Modica like a local. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in the cave!

Unique accommodation in a peaceful location!

We loved our stay, the apartment is beautifully decorated and has stunning views and private access to a popular beach - we’d highly recommend it. Definitely would suggest having a car to make the most of visiting Noto and surrounding towns and beaches.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

When I get an AirBnB, I always hope to be comfortable and get a sense of local experience. Lucia's place went above and beyond. Personal touches that showcase the wonders of Ortigia, alongside her personalized recommendations made us feel like we were able to access the best of the island. It was an unparalleled location by the Duomo, restaurants, beaches, and beauty beauty beauty. Can't recommend highly enough!

We were 8 adults ages 23 to 82 on a trip, and the place was a good fit for everyone. Nice with many bathrooms and big nice bedrooms. The patio is absolutely beautiful and the awning was good to have when the sun was on. There was AC in every room but we didn't use that.

We were only there for two nights, but the apartment is also suitable for longer stays, especially if you can use the large terrace, be it for eating, sunbathing, enjoying an apero.

Great stay in this nice apartment. Perfect location in the heart of the bubbling Ortigia market, and the main points of interest in the city. Very clean, two large bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, it felt very good. Definitely recommend.

This place was a great time on our vacation! It was clean, relaxing, and the hosts were fabulous! The room is well laid out and met all our needs! The reccommendations were all good, we did not have 1 bad meal! This was a great place to stay!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
