Holiday rentals with beach access in Avola

Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

THE PERFECT LOCATION and the BEST view. We were very pleased with the apartment. The view and location are even better than described. There is some street noise during the day and evening but very quiet at night.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

We were thrilled to have spent a few days at Alessandra’s place. It’s proven to be a great idea to opt w Ortigia to within Syracuse, lots to see, walkable, amazing architecture, mini beaches around. This specific house has been great as it’s east facing that seemed a bit more quiet side of Ortigia, through the windows you overlook the sea and a cute square. We enjoyed just taking short coffee breaks across the street by the water. 🌊 The space is perfect for 2 ppl equipped w all we needed even for eating in and cooking some basic things. Coming by car, accessing the island and parking needs some attention, but nothing you couldn’t fix and Alessandra has been a great helping hand here w hints.

Wonderful modern building perfectly located right by the water and near lovely restaurants. Salvatore made us feel right at home and left us some wine to drink as well. Loved sitting out on the cosy rooftop area which kept the heat late in the evening. Would highly recommend to all.

This is a fantastic location; you wake up next to a great beach and the view is wonderful. The place was very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. You're close to famous Sicilian highlights.

We stayed 2 nights in this absolutely beautiful apartment. It has to be the most well kept building in ortegia. The terraces are huge and well equipped with stunning views. Next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Everything is quite literally on your doorstep here - supermarket, take away good, restaurants, bars etc. We parked at the large undercover parking lot which looks rather scruffy but is totally fine. Download the EasyPark app to make paying and topping up simple. It’s a drag to the apartment with bags but completely doable. We’re in our 60’s and managed fine. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

we had a few trouble finding the place but no drama. The property is located in a small settlement and is accordingly quiet. For restaurants and supermarket you need the car. a small free beach is within walking distance and was nice and quite clean and offers to collect many mussels. will be happy to come back

Villadamuri was perfect for our four nights in Pachino - couldn’t be closer to your own private beach, kitchen is super well equipped if you want to cook in and the separate upstairs apartment with an incredible view is a bonus. Viviana was a lovely host, left us thoughtful welcome gifts on arrival, gave great local recommendations for Noto, Pachino and Marzamemi and organised a Sicilian cooking class for us at the villa. We’ll be back!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Beautiful place that is wonderfully decorated. Excellent location and close to many sites in Siracusa. Really enjoyed it.

We had a good time in the house, easy beach access. The last 100m to the house is a dirt road and you need to be careful driving at night.

The two apartments are located in a beautiful private villa with ample outdoor space, private gate, space to play for those with children, outdoor showers, barbecue. They are communicating externally, suitable for two families who know each other, so it was perfect for us. Everyone has their own privacy, but you can share a dinner together from the outdoor terraces. The apartments are super equipped, we found everything you need and even more. Super equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine to share. The sea is just a few steps from the villa. The beach is completely empty in our period, clean sea, but it is a shame to stop at this beach because 10/15 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches and cities by car. It is a very quiet area, there is nothing around so a car is required to move around. I don't recommend it for chaos,nightlife,clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Congratulations to Carlo for the care of the villa.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We were very happy with the place. Great location, the ceilings were high and the rooms spacious. The fact that the bathroom is quite small did not bother us. At weekends it was sometimes quite noisy. Since it is a corner house, there is quite a lot of noise from the outside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep very well. We were provided with a crib & baby chair and contact with Aurora was also reliable and fast. We have left a parasol at the property and hope it can be used by other guests as well.

Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. We had a lovely three nights in Francesco's apartment. The terrace is really great, the apartment is also very nice. Everything was perfect to welcome us. Francesco was an excellent host who offered us a nice boat activity, but also well recommended for parking etc... We recommend!!!

Everything is great! Martina is a wonderful host! The terrace is wonderful with the beautiful olive tree, where you can eat nicely and enjoy the evenings.

The listing is clean, according to the description and photos. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to Ortigia on foot and the daily market for shopping and not far from the bus and train station to get to Catania, Noto, Raguse etc. it is quiet which is good for resting at night. For those who are used to sleeping in complete darkness remember to take a mask there is no shutter and public lighting is present. Fabio is very responsive to messages and very friendly. Check-in time is easy and autonomous. We didn't miss anything, we had a lovely stay and recommend this place.

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
