Historic Villa from 1908, built to become a lemon and orange essence factory, which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. It is in fact possible to book both houses that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas have a different style, one is modern and the other is classic. The first, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and by a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar, 55-inch TV, large sofa for relaxing with a breakfast bar, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with a Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

La Tannura is an ancient 19th-century farmhouse immersed in unspoiled nature in the south-east of Sicily, in Val di Noto. It consists of three independent apartments (Grande, Nido and Piccola). La Tannura Grande has been completely renovated while maintaining the style of the original structure with thatched roofs and exposed stone walls. It is surrounded by unspoiled nature and surrounded by olive trees, cacti, carob trees and Mediterranean plants that guarantee a cool climate even during the summer.
