The centuries-old Giulia is a newly built villa completed in June 2023 surrounded by an hectare of olive grove. It is divided into 3 independent apartments equipped with all comforts. It is located at the foot of the Montagna d 'Avola a few kilometers from the Canyon of Cavagrande del Cassibile, 500 meters from the town of Avola and 6 km from Noto. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious lounge area where you can admire the majestic centuries-old olive trees and relax with a glass of good Sicilian wine. We look forward to seeing you😀.

Questi due Cottage sono un bellissimo rifugio per chi ama stare in relax immersi in un'oasi incontaminata e silenziosa. Situate nella splendida località balneare di Fontane Bianche "Anastasia beach cottage" offre Wi-Fi ,aria condizionata, parcheggio interno oltre ad un meraviglioso giardino con due pony. I cottage sono totalmente ecologici, a basso impatto ambientale a circa 800 metri dalla spiaggia.
