Holiday rentals with beach access in Aveiro

I've been doing an internship at the University of Aveiro and stayed for 3 months in Mário's studio. The studio is modern and new with all the items needed for a long or short stay. It is very well located and in the central region of Aveiro, close to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and various sights, it is possible to take all the walking tours. Mário and Frederico were great hosts paying attention from the clarifications to the reservation, during their stay and at check out. No doubt the cost-benefit was worth it and when I return to Aveiro I intend to stay on site.

Spacious apartment, very very well-equipped. We feel welcomed by the decorative touches and touches (small slippers await you at the entrance). The host is available to meet expectations. Very professional rental. Only small point to improve, the bedding of the king size bed, otherwise everything else is perfect.

Excellent location and exactly as in the pictures. It's well worth it, I intend to go back

Great 2 days in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and great location. There was all around restaurants, butchers, pastries, sandy beach behind and in front the view of the water canal. I felt at home in the apartment . There was a beautiful luminost and it was very well-equipped. I will definitely return to Costa Nova. Thank you for everything Carlos.

Took Christine's property as our base from which to attend a wedding and explore near by Aveiro and further. Five kids and adults where in our party who absolutely loved the large heated pool. Highly recommend and I would happily return. Love from Greg and the family. Obrigado!

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach, 15 minute walk or a 4min Uber drive. Not too far from Aveiro City centre. such a wonderful holiday destination and place to stay. There is a café shop down the road (2min walk). Pharmacy practically across the road. My only complaint would be the bed mattresses were far too hard but this could just be my own preference. Honestly, the house is so spacious and lovely. Would recommend it to any one wanting to visit this area of Portugal.

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!
