leonor is a super-accommodating superhost! had to extend my stay for a few days, and at first she suspected i would have to shift rooms, she somehow shifted things elsewhere to allow me to stay in what had become the cosiest home away from home. the room is beautiful, and the natural light during the day is something truly special. the kitchen is well-equipped, as i love to cook, and the foldout desk became my workspace, as i spent more than a month and never tired of the location or my flat. i miss it ~ and leonor and teresa's hospitality ~ already. speaking of teresa, she is the absolute best cleaning lady, replacing your linens and towels weekly and offering condolances when presented with a chipped mug (my fault): while she speaks little english, she more than makes up for it in her wonderful smile and attitude. i did my best to keep my room tidy, if only to thank her! i am looking forward to my return to praia do furadouro and future stays at the surf camp ... obrigado! <3, d

The location was great. The host is very solicitous. The location is very close to the beach which is very beautiful. And besides, with numerous trades around.

The space is very large and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and opening the window to face the sea is wonderful. Check-in was very easy, with clear and precise instructions from Leonor. Check-out was also very straightforward. I highly recommend this place. I had a great experience with my friends!

We spent good days in Aveiro in this apartment. The building is close to the train and bus stations and in front of a supermarket. The accommodation is comfortable and communication with the host very easy

A niceapartment in the penthouse of a slightly dated building despite being newly built. Soundproofing is not optimal. There are two rows of stairs after you reach the second floor. It looks as pictured, tidy and well-kept. The rooms are very large and spacious, we only used the one with the king size bed, but the other bed also seems to be comfortable. Despite having a sloping roof, the room space, including the living room, is very spacious. Household appliances are of good quality and almost new. The terrace is very nice with table and chairs for breakfast/lunch/dinner. It has a nice view of the city and the ocean. Kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning are basic. We were comfortable and recommend it.

The apartment was great and we especially liked having a specific parking space.

Incredible space, we went as 6 people, completely welcoming and clean, the hosts were very attentive and understanding, the apartment was perfect, clean, well cared for and everything was new, for those looking for a quiet and well-located stay!!

Very nice accommodation to stay in Aveiro and visit the city on foot. The apartment is in a very quiet residence with nice decoration that makes you feel comfortable right away. Communication with the managers is excellent, they are always responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed being able to park my car in the private car park without stress. I give a special mention to the very comfortable bed! Thanks for your hospitality!

We found Jorge's place exactly according to the descriptions. The welcome was fun-wise in Ukrainian, but with gestures, shared laughter, and translation program, that wasn't a problem. The apartment is very conveniently located for exploring the city, the value for money is consistent. We would be happy to recommend Jorge's apartment.

A very charming apartment in a perfect location! We have stayed at many places in Aveiro, but Ana's is the most cozy and felt like home to us. She was always responsive and Carmen made sure we received a warm welcome. Thank you!!😊

The stay was super good. Very nice accommodation; very clean, everything you need is present. Very good beds. Right across the apartment there is a shop. Within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. Friendly host. Just had to wait a long time for an answer on the day of departure to ask for the code for the key box. Check is very easy. Definitely come back if we need to be in the area again or go to the MXGP of Agueda (only a 7-minute drive). Anja
