Two-bedroom villa, consisting of a suite, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The suite contains 1 bed and 1 sofa bed ideal for two children. The villa is located on a 2-hectare farm available to guests. Quinta das Águias is located in a valley where the Ribeira do Fontão passes, which supplied the old mills of the property in the 18th century. The farm is 3 minutes from the A25, A29 and A1 highways. 10 min from the city of Aveiro and 15 min from the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra.

Between a Lagoon and the Atlantic on a nature filled peninsula,Natural reserve close by. Quite isolated and peaceful, great for walks and contemplating. Very safe. Guest house is separate from my place but in the same property. It comprises 3 large double rooms with 3 double beds.Has a fully equipped kitchenette, dinning area, satélite TV, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), furnished garden with several seating areas and BBQ. Parking and WiFi are free. Playful dog on the property
