Our ground floor apartment is located close to the shoreline of the Aveiro lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) in São Jacinto. It's only steps away from this quaint fishing village's harbor promenade. For visits by bike, bus, or car to downtown Aveiro or Ilhavo, or to the beach communities of Barra and Costa Nova, the ferry terminal (São Jacinto - Forte da Barra) is only a short walk away. São Jacinto's unspoiled beaches and the São Jacinto Dunes Nature Reserve are within comfortable walking distance.

We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest. There is a swimming pool that is heated from 1 May to 15 October. There is a gym with a rowing machine, squat cage, ski erg and small equipment such as wall balls, sandbags, kettlebells etc, a ping pong table and a petanque court. All these spaces are to be shared with a maximum of 6 other people.
