In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 or more. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
