Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

Our newly renovated holiday home is situated in a large idyllic tree garden in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and ski runs. In just a few minutes you can reach the Golm ski and hiking area and a hiking trail starting straight behind the house takes you into the fascinating mountain world of the Rätikon. The accommodation is quiet and sunny on a cul-de-sac right on the edge of the forest. Daily scenery is one of the nicest mountain panoramen in Europe. Bartholomäberg, also called a sun balcony of the Montafon, is an ideal holiday destination for summer enthusiasts and winter sports enthusiasts. It is about 1,400 meters to the nearest ski resort. The ski bus stop is right at the apartment building. The place is good for couples and families with kids.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
