Completely renovated in November 2019, it is located on Rue Jules Ferry in a small building with character and a secure entrance (4 apartments -> no disturbances). Renovated with quality materials and modern equipment, it has a patio of more than 20 m2 and a parking space under video surveillance. If you ski or mountain bike, there is a dedicated space to store your equipment.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). 15 m2 studette (Height: 2m15) independent, on the ground floor of our house. Located between town and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, a kitchenette area and a 140 bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the house yard or street street No pets or parties please. Attention: our living rooms are located just above the studette. This way, you can hear noise during your stay!

Sleeping in 140 on the mezzanine (be careful you do not stand on the mezzanine). Very quiet. Shops nearby. Equipped with WIFI. Our place is decorated and equipped so you feel at home.

Bright 52 m2 2-bedroom apartment, refurbished, on the 1st floor of a house comprising 2 apartments. St Joseph neighborhood, close to shops. 15-minute walk to the city center. 9-minute walk to the train station via the footbridge. 5-minute walk to the Prisme. Free parking nearby. Senseo pod coffee maker. The fireplace doesn't work, it's just decorative.
