Monthly Rentals in Audubon

Joseph's cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. If time allowed we would have loved a longer stay. The layout is very open and efficient. The cabin is only 9 years old. We loved the recliners! No fighting over who gets to recliner as there are two! The picnic table/ benches are great for eating/ relaxing while taking in the golf course views. Our 4th year in a row staying here, my BFF Dan and I feel like we're coming to our home away from home. It feels personal...so familiar and comfortable. We feel so much gratitude for the type of place this is - it's comfortable, cozy, homey feel, and the type of homeowners Cari Beth and Erich are - personable, incredibly kind, and so willing and happy to accommodate their guests. How often do you become friends with the owners?? Such a special place, owned and cared for by truly special people.

We had a great stay, the area is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again.

The house was just perfect for our family of 5 and was dog-friendly (they must remain on the first floor and a doggy gate was supplied)! Everything was just as described and very easy to access. It was a quick walk to the lake, quiet, and had very easy instructions. For our daughter with a disability, it was great to have a bed on the first floor with a bathroom right there. Absolutely everything was clean and ready to go. The host family thought of everything a family could possibly need and more. From a full array of tea/coffee to ziploc bags to store our daughter's treasures from the flea market! Having the mud room in the back was so helpful in leaving our shoes and items from hikes and walks with the dogs. We spent a whole day on an adventure to find all of Thomas Dambo's trolls with a picnic, a day of shopping, and a day exploring everything else in the surrounding towns. I would highly recommend this home!
