Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the apartments as we would like for our vacation. A very cosy living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a sauna, another bathroom, a box-spring bed in the master bedroom, double beds in the other two bedrooms, and a beautiful outdoor area. We also provide you with electric bikes for the duration of your stay so you can explore our beautiful countryside.

Our holiday flat with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walk-in connection between the oldest and youngest maar in the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with the simultaneous start of the virtual city tour) Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher pond at any time of year. Note: Pets and smoking are not allowed in the vacation rental!

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Scheunenidylle

My house is located on the southern outskirts of Ulmen, is very centrally located in Weidenstraße 7A – not far from the Ulmener Maar and the castle ruin. A few years ago, there was still an old barn on this property, which my brothers lovingly converted into a characterful and rustic country house. On the cozy wooden terrace you can end the day and enjoy the idyll of the evening.
