Private home on 2 acres, including a play space for the kids is perfect, whole family. Have a fire by the lake or use the propane fireplace on the deck. Located near lovely Skaneateles, the Owasco retreat is minutes from various State Parks, hiking restaurants and all they have to offer. The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.
