Beautifully designed with a minimalist aesthetic, every corner of the flat is thoughtfully curated and picture-perfect. For a family of four, it's an incredibly comfortable and ideal place to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and essentials are easily accessible via Swiggy Instamart. Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Hrudhayam. My husband and I—both musicians—came to Kaayal in Varkala for a secluded retreat to make music, and what we experienced went far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Nobby, the gracious host, who made sure we felt at home and fully taken care of. The property itself is an absolute gem—nestled by the lake, surrounded by nature, and so serene that we woke up each morning to the sounds of birds and the gentle rustle of leaves. The view of the lake alone is enough to calm your soul and inspire creativity. Special shoutout to Vicky and Kichu, the incredible caretakers who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and joyful. Whether it was delicious home-cooked meals, piping hot tea within minutes of asking, or just being on standby for anything we needed—they made sure we could focus on what we came to do.
