Monthly Rentals in Attiki, Athens

I’m 19 and female and felt totally safe in the neighbourhood, with the apartment feeling secure as well. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful, apartment was gorgeous and in a great spot. About 45 mins walk from the city centre which I loved, much less of a busy area but still with a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant and bar within 5 minutes of the place. The only small inconvenience was the lack of scissors and a toaster but there are enough lovely places to eat nearby that it didn’t hugely impact anything. Fantastic apartment, lovely hosts, and in one of what felt to be the safer areas of Athens. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend, thank you!

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

Katerina's apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the subway, lots of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance, and a clean and organized space. We stayed for just under a month and I cant imagine being anywhere else.

The place was great - however, there was only enough hot water for about 1.5 showers and the water got everywhere. The listing was very accurate as far as location - it was right across from the metro station and there are several shops/grocery stores nearby.
