Holiday rentals with a patio in Atlantic Beach

By far the best place I’ve stayed at! The Airbnb was fabulous all the way around. I have absolutely no complaints! Will absolutely stay here again in the future ♥️

The condo was really nice. The distance from the beach to the condo was less than 200 feet. Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean and nicely decorated it was. Place was well stocked with essentials. There's a closet in the hall thats stocked with soap, bandaids, first aid, paper towels and everything needed. Appliances were new, clean and functional. TVs worked and the sound bar was a nice surprise as I would rather listen to music than watch TV. I can honestly say I cant think of one negative thing. Thank you for having us. We really had a great relaxing time, and thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We hit Gaffers twice but mostly sat on the deck and ate. That view is fantastic.

We've stayed at Shari's place a few times and it's always a pleasure. Off street parking, walk across to the beach is right there, spacious and delightful porch, good kitchen and great breeze make it a pleasure. Host is super responsive, too. Will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time. The space was extremely clean and fit the description in the listing and photos. The space is located in a quiet, gated community with lots of wonderful amenities and just a short walk to the beach via private access. Cathy was a wonderful host and was flexible with us during our stay. We’d love to come back for another visit soon!

Amy was great! Extremely helpful! Was able to accommodate us with the other rental when the one I selected had an AC issue. Her communication was on point and I would definitely come back!

To start I saw another review upset the view of the ocean wasn’t accurate. I’d like to say it’s totally completely visable and so nice to sit and drink coffee on and listen to the waves in the morning and evening. We will be booking here again! It was spotless and spacious! Loved the amount of beds and TVs for down time with kiddos. The balcony was so fun to hang out on! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Showers down at beach! Pool was SO cute love that the normal pool and kiddie pool are RIGHT beside each other. The kiddie pool is fenced seperate which as a mom of multiple is 🙌🏼 HUGE!! Close to fort Macon and cool shops! Very close to coffee, food lion bojangles and Walmart is only 18 min away! Splash pad very close as well!No elevator but the steps keep ya in shape and the kids loved going up and down them and up and down the hallways. No noisy neighbors very well kept up place! Loved the minimalist feel with decor kept it feeling very spacious! 2 full bathrooms! Easy clean up

The space is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area, yet close enough by the downtown. There is plenty to do. We were in town for a high school graduation. I’m in love with the purpose behind the space, for cancer patients. It’s such a beautiful way to honor her sister Ellen. I would highly recommend it, I’ll check this before I look anywhere else for my next visit to my daughter.

Everything was well placed and very very clean. The only negative was the commode / seat is extremely small for and average adult.

The LightHouse was an amazing experience for my family. We over-packed to make sure we had everything, but Janet and the LightHouse crew made sure we had everything we needed and more. Absolutely beautiful experience. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, LightHouse crew, for a great experience.

My wife, son, daughter, granddaughter, her guide dog and I stayed at Natalie and John’s lovely condo at Atlantic Beach, NC to celebrate our GD’s graduation from High School in Chicago. It was a 5 star stay. First of all, the house is mere steps from the beach. Plus, it’s only an across-the-intercoastal waterway drive to Morehead City and Beaufort if you’re looking for stuff not available in Atlantic Beach. Our GD really wanted to see wild ponies on islands in the area. So son, daughter and GD spent one day trekking the sands of Shakleford Banks (while we hosted the pup at the house) and another day with us on the island nature preserve in the harbor adjacent to Beaufort (where we could bring the pup). Lots of horses to be seen. In between horse visits we spent a lot of time sunning, swimming and walking the beach. It rained the day we checked out so we visited the NC aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores, a town next door. Hint: go early, as this place fills up fast, esp. when it rains.

Fantastic vacation rental! Perfect location that is walkable to the beach and great bars / restaurants. Steve was super helpful and quick to respond. Only note is that the “small double bed” is more like the size of a single. The space can more accurately hold 8 (if one is on the couch).

Caylon’s place was perfect for me and my wife while conducting business locally. Clean, easy to find and quiet…what else could you ask for? Would certainly stay here again. Great host and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay and most importantly our pups felt at home. Such a great home and lots of fenced in area for them to run and play. Loved the amenities and special touches. Close to everything and would stay there again!

We stayed at this property for a vacation with our children and their families the week of May 24th-31st. We found the property to be comfortable and spacious for 6 adults and 3 children, especially on the 2 rainy days we had. The house was clean, well maintained and beds were very comfortable. In addition, the neighborhood was quiet and a nice place for daily walks. The access to private parking at the beach was a big plus and Atlantic Beach with its many shops and good dining spots is only a short drive away. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Super cozy 3 bedroom house with ocean just across the street at private access. Walking distance to restaurant, gas station, dollar general and other stores. This home is an absolute gem close to the ocean. Definitely recommend for a couple or a family wanting to have a peaceful, relaxing time with home amenities.

Had a great time with the family was quiet place with nice view! Was just a few minutes walk from the inlet! Would definitely book again!

Fantastic spot right by the beach with access to two pools. Loved that there were games, towels, kitchenware and toys for kids.

The condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. The location is facing the beach with easy elevator access to the 3rd floor. Access to the beach itself was very easy— a primary consideration for one of our party with limited mobility. We appreciated the recycling, limited use of plastics, and eco supply of body wash in the bathrooms. Instructions were clear and everything was beautifully organized. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great place to stay. Very relaxing. High tide is right up to the sandbags so you can access the beach until later in the morning which was fine for us. After that the beach is open all day. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Had read reviews about the high tide and although it came up to the stairs it wasn’t a problem at all. Great location… nice and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. It rained the whole time we were there so we stayed in the majority of our stay. Not much to do on the island when it’s rainy but still a good getaway.

This was our second time staying at Laura’s place, and it was perfect for our needs once again! We traveled with our three kids and really appreciate how affordable and family-friendly the home is for a beach trip. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful—we loved relaxing on the screened-in back patio, watching golfers go by and listening to the frogs in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meals easy, and we enjoyed local spots like Sundial Coffee, Shuckin’ Shack, and The Crab Pot. We spent two great days at the beach and loved coming back to unwind here. No complaints at all, we highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for a quick getaway for my family of 4! We have always enjoyed coming to Topsail and wanted someplace nice and ocean front. The place was very close to the beach access which was great! The decor was very tastefully done and looked just like the photos. We enjoyed having the option of the pool too! One thing to note: the top bunk has no lip on the side so my 12 year old was a bit nervous about rolling off but luckily the couch was deep and comfy so he slept there instead. If we are looking for another little getaway spot for in the future we would definitely stay here again!
