House comfortably sleeps 3-4 people (3 queen beds). Enjoy a self serve breakfast, covered patio and easy access to Hwy 33. There are two wineries very close as well. Enjoy the beautiful country views and rolling hills of SE Ohio. Parking, wifi, hot tub and laundry on site. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a visit to Athens!

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. In the kitchenette, guests will find a propane range top, a fridge, and cooking utensils, bottled water, outside a charcoal grill.

Located on a working farm in the country, yet a couple miles from Ohio University, you havel 40 acres for nature walks, easy access to town and unique wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.
