The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. Local tv, internet. Firepit in private backyard. Pets welcome with pet fee. We are NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT! You will see ladybugs,stinkbugs, wood beetle and more

Bright and sunny open concept apartment. Newly remodeled with tons of windows, stylish furniture, local art, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer. The downstairs of this house is also a rental. We hold very strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Sound travels downstairs from this unit so we ask that you are respectful of the others sharing the property. This is not a place for partying! The backyard, patio, front yard, and locked bicycle storage are shared between the units.

For the sanctity of this unique space, No Smoking, No Meat, No Fish, No Eggs, No Alcohol, No Party in the house. We are sorry we cannot allow pets inside. Shoes need to be left in the foyer. Bedroom sleeps two on the comfy bed. With only 12 volt (like your car) solar electricity, gas heat, some 12v fans (no AC) it will be an adventure! In the kitchenette, guests will find a propane range top, a fridge, and cooking utensils, bottled water, outside a charcoal grill.

The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.

Prime location overlooking North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to OU and many bars & restaurants. This entire apartment contains 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bathroom & a fully stocked kitchen. Simply decorated, but fully furnished with all the essentials. This unit is located DIRECTLY above Lucky's Bar and YOU WILL hear the bar noise until it closes.
