2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 full size) apartment with 1 bath. Perfect for a short stay right in Athens. Very recently remodeled with wood and tile. All new furniture and new comfortable beds. Free parking for 3 cars right in front. Free washer and dryer in apartment. Our full kitchen will barely be used as we are located steps off of the main strip business district with many restaurants in walking or quick driving distance. Wal-Mart along with most shopping is right down the street.

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Mill House A is another great unit in our beautiful home. The smallest apartment in Mill House offers plenty of privacy and close proximity to campus. Relax in the comfy living room, or on the big deck overlooking our old mill on the Hocking River. Please note, if you planning on bringing pets, there could be other pets on the premise. Also, we do not want the pets to be disturbing guests in other units. Especially if your pet barks in new environments or left alone.

Margaret's Landing

Close to downtown Athens, Ohio University and the hospital, this peaceful wooded setting, bordered by Margaret’s Creek, offers a wonderful home away from home. It has all the comforts of essential amenities for daily living. The natural surroundings instill a tranquil atmosphere to relax and unwind. It is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with easy access to social activities, art, music, and delicious food.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.
