Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ύψωμα με απεριόριστη θέα στον κόλπο της Μαλτεζάνας και στα γύρω νησάκια και από την άλλη πλευρά με εκπληκτική θέα στη χώρα και στο Αιγαίο, ακριβώς πάνω από τη διάσημη μικρή παραλία του νησιού "Μπλε Λιμανάκι". 300-400μ. από το χωριό της Ανάληψης, που βρίσκεται η παραλία της περιοχής (και οργανωμένη), πολλά εστιατόρια, καφετέριες , mini super market, συγκοινωνία με τα ηλεκτρικά λεωφορειάκια και κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. My place is located on the hill of Schoinondas beach, 40 meters from the sea. It offers spectacular 360° views. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and buses are within walking distance. The airport is about a kilometer away. At the marina of Matezana you can watch the gulets return and buy freshly caught fish. The most beautiful beaches of the island, including the renowned Blu Limanaki, are minutes away on foot. The main village, Chora, is about 9 km away.
