Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Asturias

Apartment in a quiet area but with many services. About 20 minutes from downtown, more by the traffic lights than for the distance. The apartment looks even bigger than the pictures. Spacious living room and kitchen and everything is very clean. A lot of attention to detail, they left us some coffee capsules and some bakery. The instructions were concise and very clear from the beginning and the entrance and exit were very easy. The price includes a garage plot that is behind the apartment, although we did not need, bareio with white area and in which there is usually some free place. Near the accommodation there are several bars and supermarkets and a shopping mall 300m away. We spent a few days that allowed us to visit the center of Oviedo and some nearby population without any problems. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are very clean.

The room is a beautiful place, with all the details, perfect for unplugging, resting and enjoying. The games room has everything you need to have a good time playing billiards, Ping pong… the truth has been a pleasure, everything is perfect!

Fernando and Carmen were very friendly and welcoming. They were always in touch and provided very nice tips for places to visit and things to do. The apartment is newly decorated and is very comfortable and clean. It has everything we need. We felt like home. Plus the hosts left us nice rewards like biscuits and fruit. Thank you very much! Lastly, the village of Luanco is very nice and friendly. The apartment is at walking distance to the center of the village and to the beach.

We lived for a month and are happy with everything) The windows overlook the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like at home. At night it is quiet, comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, Slavianka store is a 15-minute walk, and the sea is 16 minutes away. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the house has a good atmosphere)

The stay was wonderful,we were two families with 4 children and the garden it has was the delight of the children. The house is wonderful and cozy and with everything you need,even more than we would have needed,as it had gels and shampoos in the bathrooms and in the kitchen with condiments for cooking. Wonderful place and spectacular scenery. Highlight the attention of Maria José and her husband that we will be missing anything. We'll be back for sure.

This was a lovely, rustic farm home-stay in gorgeous surroundings with unbeatable views - we felt right at home. The children loved helping around the farm with the chickens and the playful dog was their immediate BFF. Manuel was friendly and knowledgeable; he met us to show us the way to the farm, leading us up and down beautiful, winding roads to our private retreat. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind, explore the countryside, and soak in a couple of days in nature. Plus the yoga studio was fabulous!
