Monthly Rentals in Astoria, Queens

It was great staying at Kat's place. Her mom and family were awesome. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was great! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! And it's only about 25 mins to Manhattan by train. Train station is about 5 mins walk away. Will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend Kat's place.

Very comfortable apartment, close to a lot of good restaurants in Astoria and with public transport nearby (trains every few minutes, takes about 10 minutes to Manhattan). Francis was easily reachable at all times and made sure the check-in went smooth, which it did. Enjoyed my stay a lot!

Jason and Raquel are, without a doubt, the best hosts ever! The place is spacious, very clean, and perfectly suited for long stays like mine. They were always attentive, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my time there. The neighborhood is very quiet, just a short walk from the 46St subway station and several bus stops. There’s a laundromat right next door, markets on the corner, and just a few blocks away there's a lively area full of restaurants and shops. I can’t thank them enough for how well they treated me and us during all these months. I 100% recommend staying here and will definitely come back when I return to New York. I wish them all the very best!

I had a great time staying at Evi's place. The check-in process was smooth. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. There was a small fridge and microwave available too. The room was conveniently located right near the subway station. (You can hear the sound of the train and feel some vibration in the room, but its not really bothersome. ) The place is in a nice neighbourhood, there are many restaurants nearby. There are also laundromats close by. Evi was incredibly nice and helpful. She was an amazing host and always made sure my stay was comfortable .
