Unsere sonnige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon liegt in Sichtweite des Nahe-Radweges und befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses mit Blick in unseren grünen Garten. Unsere Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort für Gäste, die auch unterwegs nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchten. Hier findest du alles um dich zu entspannen und dich wohl zu fühlen. Gut möglich, dass du morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt wirst. Egal, ob du hier Urlaub machst oder beruflich unterwegs bist- du wirst dich freuen hier anzukommen.

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, zu erreichen durch ein kleines Treppenhaus. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit 1x Doppelbett und 2x Einzelbetten. Wohnzimmer inkl. Sitzgruppe mit Ausziehcouch für zwei weitere Personen, Fernseher, einigen Spielen und Hinweise zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und verschiedenste Küchenutensilien. Geschirrtücher, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Weitzel's home - "vaulted room" - studio

The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Am Rheinufer

Beautiful basement apartment in a detached house directly on the Rhine (3-minute walk), ferry to Rheingau. Free parking. 26 sqm, double bed (1.8 x 2 m), sofa bed, wardrobe, shower/toilet. Towels, bed linen. Small kitchenette with sink, induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes. Coffee and tea are available. Wi-Fi and TV; cell phone reception is limited. Quiet location, no through traffic, at the nature reserve "Jungaue."

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation in the basement of our family home. The flat is approx. 45 square metres in size, it has its own entrance with a small terrace and a private sauna. This can be used for 2 hours for an extra charge of €15. You have a free car park directly in front of the house. You have excellent transport connections. Distances: Bingen am Rhein - 5km Bad Kreuznach - 12km Mainz - 30km Frankfurt am Main - 70 km

Relaxen am Wald

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Cozy apartment with a terrace

Live comfortably on vacation! In this modern furnished 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom you can really enjoy your vacation. You will sleep here in a king-size box-spring bed. In the living room there is a cozy sofa that can be quickly rolled up into a double bed for another 2 people. A spacious bathroom and a modern, well-equipped kitchen are also available. A small terrace invites you to dine outdoors or sunbathe.

Our place is close to Bingen and Bad Kreuznach, in tranquil Grolsheim. There is good public transport and the highway can be reached quickly. The "Nahe bike path" also passes by the front door. Quietly located, both the great outdoors and cities such as Mainz, Bad Kreuznach & Bingen can be easily reached. Beautiful vacation home for couples, solo travelers and families with children. But business travelers are also welcome.
