The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Newly renovated and spacious holiday home of 131 m² in beautiful Rørvig. Enjoy the sun all day in the large, secluded garden and the enclosed sun courtyard, where there is almost always shade. Only a 10-minute walk to the child-friendly beach and close to Højsandet, the plantation and Rørvig Harbour. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.
